Good to hear that you are getting along swimmingly with Julia, but it didn’t sound like Julia was going to the soccer game (thank God they couldn’t get you a ticket) or, of course, out with the Mika guy from the hostel. Lily, it is just what Dad and I asked you NOT to do — go off with people you don’t know from Adam. I’m glad he was nice and intelligent, and I might even be glad that he was a wuss. I know you have an independent streak in you — which is good — but given your circumstances with Julia, independence can be rude, too.
